Caragh is a Scottish Indie Pop singer-songwriter.

If lush orchestrations, cinematic choral soundscapes coupled with infectious melodies and poignant lyrics are your bag then Scottish singer-songwriter Caragh has plenty to offer. Fusing choral melodies with intimate stories, Caragh will envelope you in a world that is enchanting, engaging and enigmatic.

From a young age, Caragh has been immersed in music. Earning her stripes in church choirs and choral societies, she has sung in the iconic Notre Dame cathedral in Paris and with the RSNO junior chours. Combining classical influences with the titans of songwriting; The Beatles, Joni Mitchell and Sia, Caragh has developed her own unique sound which runs through her music.

In 2019 Caragh’s track ‘Twenty Years’ was shortlisted for the Stewart Cruickshank’s Songwriting Bursary, making the final ten. Since the release of her EP The Show in 2020, Caragh has secured airplay on BBC Radio Scotland, Amazing Radio and Celtic Music Radio, as well as playlisting on internet radio in Australia, South Africa and the USA. Having performed alongside HORSE at Cumbernauld Theatre in November 2022 as the Showcase Artist for Elaine Lennon’s Homebird Sessions, it’s just the beginning of a bright future for this Scottish singer-songwriter.
