Hailing from north London, alternative-folk duo Naz & Ella have been creating music together since 2009 after meeting at school. Known for having their “beady eye on social issues,” the duo channel their anger and frustration at the world through tightly wound harmonies and intricate guitar riffs, showing there’s power in vulnerability.

Naz & Ella’s upcoming EP (DE)HUMANISE takes a moody and gritty direction while still retaining their raw and intimate sound by blending folk, post-punk, and grunge influences such as The Cranberries, Nirvana and Marika Hackman.

Since their debut, Naz & Ella have received plays across BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio London and Radio DIVA, including a performance live on BBC Introducing Beds, Herts and Bucks.
