Maddie Nisbet is an Indie Pop/Rock singer-songwriter from Glasgow, Scotland.

Maddie Nisbet, is a 20 year old singer-songwriter who moved from a small town in Fife to Glasgow under the guise of university, but really for the music scene! She  started writing songs as a way to understand her life, when shes felt like too much and not enough at the same time, and thinks the result are songs that are lyrically dramatic, sometimes tongue in cheek or messy but always honest.

My newest single Death of the Radio  is an indie-pop track about femininity and identity, exploring self-worth and trying to navigate unachievable expectations that I’ve felt personally and I’m sure other women relate to as well! It’s my favourite song I’ve ever written, and I really wanted to keep an upbeat or hopeful sound in the song to balance out the subject matter (it’s only that deep until you start freeing yourself of these dumb constraints in my opinion)
