Monnize Wolff is a singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist living in Los Angeles, California.

Monnize Wolff grew up between two worlds: her family’s ties to Bossa Nova music in Brazil and Pop culture in the US. Her finger-picking skills, deft arrangements, and songwriting abilities give listeners a lullaby wrapped in summertime fare.

She writes from the point of view of moments in time, bringing a perspective of vulnerability and incisive wit to her shared love tales of memory in slow motion. With a smoky raw voice and a groovy backing band, she combines a comforting and inviting sound with modern material to thrilling effect.

Her song Respira was written off the Pacific Coast Highway overlooking Malibu Beach on one of my camping trips. As I acknowledged how like can be overwhelming and confusing, I assure listeners may find peace when we breathe to become present in the moment.
