Chicago-based artist Kacie Brown fronts, Kacie Brown & The Vision, a six-piece neo-soul/R&B band known for blending dynamic vocals with jazz infused instrumentation. The group has recently released a new record, “KC Fire Emoji,” a groove-driven pop-R&B track about falling hard for someone while trying to keep your cool. Driven by the band’s musicianship, and Kacie’s strong vocal/lyric delivery, the song is the start of their musical journey, into exploring the genre of neo-soul and developing their artistry. “KC Fire Emoji” is also the first single they’ve released, anticipating their upcoming EP in the fall.
