Cat Thompson is an independent female Pop/RnB artist, songwriter, and producer from Byron Bay, Australia.

Born in Brisbane, Australia to a Northern Irish father and Filipino mother, Cat Thompson is an all-round performer who loves to sing, dance and share her passion for music. Over the years Cat Thompson developed her skills in songwriting, production and performance. She performed live shows in the Solomon Islands, Australia, the Philippines and Vietnam. Her previous single, Who You Gonna Call, made America’s NashVegas Radio Top 30 and AMR Australia’s Top 50 for 2021. In 2022, the music video for her single Be Mine and her interview with American TV show, SideWalks Entertainment, aired nationally on TV channels in the United States. That same year, she was invited to collaborate on an Afrobeats track with African-Australian artist Future Destin. Their song, titled Malanga, was nominated in Australia for the 2023 Queensland Music Awards.
