Based in Warrington UK and oozing with sass and sensuality, Kerry Feeney is blessed with a velvet, soulful voice and vibrant, cheeky energy. After experimenting with genres and production techniques on her previous singles ‘Baby Girl Know It’, ‘Dangerous’ and ‘Not Your Baby’, Kerry has finally honed in on her own distinctive sound, mixing her r’n’b pop background with a love for metal guitars and jazzy vocals. A year on from her previous releases, Kerry is finally ready to unleash ‘Audacious’ onto the world.
‘Audacious’ introduces a new era for Kerry Feeney alongside her mission to inspire people to feel empowered and sexy through her music. A proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Kerry hopes that ‘Audacious’ becomes a queer pop anthem for the summer of 2021 and beyond with its pounding bassline beats and addictive guitar licks. Kerry wrote the song after a passing stranger in Dublin called her the title as she walked past, with the half Irish singer taking ownership of the name to describe her bold, sassy and confident self.
Taking part in singing competitions in her younger years and with a degree in Musical Theatre, Kerry brings theatrics to her songwriting, music videos and live performances, along with inspiration from pop icons Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne, Madonna and Mariah Carey, as well as newer acts Dua Lipa and Ariana Grande.
