Natalie Lindi is an acoustic soul/ soulful singer-songwriter from North West London.
Rising artist Natalie Lindi is a recipient of the UK’s prestigious MOBO Awards ‘Unsung Class of 2022’ and featured on the MOBO Unsung album released through Marshall Records. She was previously crowned the winner of the Open Mic UK competition in 2019 after beating over 10,000 applicants.
Born and raised in London and borrowing sounds from her South African heritage, Lindi’s songwriting blends a variety of musical influences. Her gift for soulful melodies has drawn comparison to songwriters such as Lianne La Havas and Tori Kelly. Her incredible vocal range and captivating tone make for a distinctive and instantly impactful voice inspired by the stylings of artists such as Ella Fitzgerald and Minnie Riperton.
Lindi has performed across the UK, including Ronnie Scotts, the Great Escape festival, and O2 Indigo. She has also performed alongside Bruno Major and supported hip-hop trailblazers Arrested Development.
Lindi has gone on to work with the Grammy-winning production duo Blue Lab Beats, writing and performing on their new album and becoming their featured live vocalist. She has performed with them at the Glastonbury festival and will accompany them on many UK and International dates in 2024.
Lindi’s long-awaited new music is being released through AWAL and has been supported and featured on numerous Apple Music playlists. Lindi has also received support from BBC Radio One and BBC Introducing. She will be showcasing her music at selected performances across the UK.
